My name is Larry and I would like to welcome you to Trade The Forex Markets. I started trading the currency markets a couple of years ago using a demo account. I traded in the commodity markets for a period of time and did quite well. But the risk made me nervous. The liquidity and fast order execution of the currency markets appealed to me. But I was soon to lean that what is quickly earned-can also be quickly taken away. Quick profits can also turn into quick losses. So good money management is a must.
Spend a lot of time leaning the markets. Invest in yourself. There are many good books and training programs available. I will try to evaluate some of these on this blog. I have invested quite a bit of money into training - we will take a look at the good and the bad.
Most Brokers will let you open a free demo account. You can trade the markets in real time with absolutely no risk. When I started you needed at least 1000 dollars to open a live account. Now you can trade a live account with as little as $25.00. Live accounts do perform a little differently. A small amount of money in a Micro Mini account my be the best option.
